As the world’s foremost TV hypnotist and brainhacker, Keith Barry has been blazing a trail across the globe for many years, with his mind-blowing skills showcased in over forty international television shows. In addition to his immensely successful US TV series, “Deception with Keith Barry,” Keith has made multiple appearances on prestigious US shows such as The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Jimmy Kimmel Show, and The Conan O’Brien Show. One of Keith’s most notable projects involved him serving as the chief mentalist and hypnotist consultant for the blockbuster movie, “Now You See Me.” Filmed in New Orleans and Paris, the movie starred Woody Harrelson, Morgan Freeman, Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo, and Michael Caine, grossing over $360 million at the box office. Keith’s significant contribution to working extensively with Woody Harrelson, who portrayed a mentalist in the film, led to his appointment as the chief magic and mentalist consultant for the sequel, “Now You See Me – The Second Act.” He dedicated almost a year to this project, working through its filming in London and Macau.

A children’s adaption of the book ‘Mind Magic’ has also just been published, with plans for a third self-help book later this year.

A true master of his craft, Keith has gained many awards over the years. These include ‘Best Magician in Las Vegas 2009’, as voted for by The Las Vegas Review Journal and the prestigious ‘Merlin Award’ for Mentalist of the Year, joining the ranks of past recipients including Penn and Teller and David Copperfield. Keith also more recently received the James Joyce Award in 2019, also known as the Honorary Fellowship of the Society, an award given by University College Dublin (UCD) for those who have achieved outstanding success in their given field.
