Anton is a very experienced presenter and one of our most popular hosts. He chairs conferences and events and is a regular MC at AGM’s, award ceremonies and conferences. His easy presenting style and wonderful ability to inform and communicate important conference messages to an audience transfers very easily into the corporate sector where he has hosted many events for clients including IBEC, the European Peoples Party Annual Convention, KPMG, Gas Networks Ireland, Eirgrid, Bank of Ireland, Vodafone and Barry Group to name a few.
Anton is a broadcaster, journalist and communications advisor. He has presented numerous Current Affairs and Magazine TV and Radio Programmes, including The Sunday Business Show, Ireland AM, The Tonight Show, The Last Word, Savage Sunday and the PPI Gold-Medal winning Anton Savage Show.
He currently presents Newstalk Breakfast from 7am to 9am. From politics and current affairs to lifestyle, entertainment and the stories everyone’s talking about, Anton breaks down what’s happening at home and abroad.
Anton has written for nearly every newspaper in Ireland and is currently a columnist with The Sunday Business Post.
In 2008 he led the consortium which founded The Communications Clinic, a communications training and consultancy described by The Sunday Independent as one of Ireland’s most influential.
Anton published a book based on his experience with political communications entitled ‘Spin and Win, how Irish politicians get elected’. It received favourable reviews, notably from a former cabinet minister who reviewed it for The Irish Times. No one bought it.
