Rebecca Horan is a Popular Podcaster, Radio and TV Broadcast Journalist and Corporate MC. Currently she’s a freelance journalist and presenter having worked as Head of Production in DMG Media Ireland for a number of years.
Rebecca is Ireland’s leading Parenting and Family Podcaster and has two sponsored parenting podcasts that she both produces and presents; Little Warriors and A Little Birdie Told Me. These podcasts regularly top the Spotify and Apple podcast charts. Rebecca also received a Gold Media Award in 2024 for her work as a producer for a series of music podcasts for Bulmers.
Rebecca ]has worked in media for 15 years and started her career in RTE Television as a Continuity Announcer before training as a Broadcast Journalist and has worked in the newsrooms of Lyric FM, 98FM, Today FM, Newstalk and also went on to produce and present her own Current Affairs show for Irish TV before moving to DMG Media Ireland as a Digital Journalist and Producer.
In recent years Rebecca has MC’d a number of corporate events including Lidl, EBS, AIB, Science Foundation Ireland, The Sports Federation of Ireland, Cricket Ireland, IRFU Charitable Trust, EVOKE Spring Lunch and Business Plus. Rebecca covers Fridays on Ireland’s Classic Hits with Colm Hayes and regularly appears as a contributor on Virgin Media Television.
